About Me
From Game Dev to CTO: Building Products That Matter
I'm Dharmik Jagodana, a software developer and entrepreneur from India. I co-founded BaruzoTech, where I serve as CTO, and I've spent the last 7+ years helping startups turn their ideas into scalable products.
The Journey
Every developer has a story. Here's mine — from writing my first game to building products used by thousands.
10 SaaS & Counting
Reached a milestone of 10 SaaS products including 4 standalone applications. From Imejis.io to monday.com integrations, each product taught me something new about building for users.
The Vibe Coder Era
Embraced the indie hacker mindset. Started building products that I wanted to exist in the world. Shipped fast, learned faster, and discovered the joy of solving my own problems.
Co-founded BaruzoTech
Together with my co-founders, launched BaruzoTech. What started as a small team has grown to serve 40+ clients across 20+ countries with 150+ successful projects.
Backend Engineer
Transitioned to backend development, diving deep into Node.js, databases, and system architecture. Built scalable APIs and learned the art of writing clean, maintainable code.
The Game Developer
Started my journey building games, learning the fundamentals of programming and user experience. This is where I fell in love with creating things that people actually use.
What I Do Today
As CTO at BaruzoTech and an indie maker, I wear multiple hats.
BaruzoTech
Leading technology strategy for a team that builds custom software, integrations for monday.com, Airtable, and Google Workspace.
Indie Products
Building SaaS products like Imejis.io — tools I wish existed. Each product is a lesson in user needs, market fit, and shipping fast.
Tech I Work With
After years of experimentation, these are the tools I reach for.
My Philosophy
I believe in building products that solve real problems. Not vanity metrics, not feature bloat — just software that makes someone's life a little easier.
I've learned that the best code is the code you don't write. Simplicity scales. Complexity compounds. Every line of code is a liability until proven otherwise.
Most importantly, I believe in shipping. An imperfect product in users' hands teaches you more than a perfect product in your head ever will.
Let's Connect
Whether you want to discuss a project, need help scaling your startup's tech, or just want to chat about building products — I'm always happy to connect.
